I can't believe it's already December! They say this is the most wonderful time of the year.....that person must not have been a college student! One word: FINALS. Bring on the caffeine, lack of sleep, crazy stressed out students, and for some of us, migraines. Yes, for the last year I have gotten the most awful migraines right before finals start. The kind that put you in bed with shades drawn and covers over your head blocking out any light. Sounds like a fun way to start out this holiday season!
On the bright side, after the stress of finals is out of the way, it'll be time to start our holiday baking. Yum! One of the yummy treats mom and I always make are cake balls. Cake and icing rolled into balls then dipped in chocolate, what could be more delightful?
(ours are never this fancy!)
